VoIP Network Design/Implementation

  • Scope:  During this project, Von Technologies designed and implemented a high availability VoIP network utilizing Cisco’s UCS virtual server platform. This solution supported 3,500 stations throughout twelve buildings located on a single campus. Read More

 

Infrastructure Upgrade

  • Scope:  Within this project, Von Technologies helped to successfully migrate this university from an EOL Call Manager and Unity voicemail software/hardware to the latest release to a VM environment on a Cisco UCS-B series.  We built a new attendant console since the current one was not supported. Infrastructure Upgrade

  • Scope:  This project consisted of the migration from an older CUCM and Unity Connection to the latest release CUCM and Unity Connection onto four UCS-210 VM ESXi servers for redundancy.  Von Technologies installed, configured, and trained others on the attendant console.  Customer was using Cisco 8945 video phones and wanted Presence to be integrated. VoIP Network Design/Implementation

  • Scope: This projected consisted of migrating from an older PBX to a Unified Communications Suite.  Von Technologies Implemented new functions and features across the suite within a short timeline.  Installation and configuration of two Cisco CUBEs for SIP redundant trunks to the provider was completed.  We configured UCCX for TAPS deployment of the 8945 video phones.  Von Technologies built a contact center with the same call flow as the current one.  Next, we configured the Jabber client for both iPhone and Android.  Then, we integratrated the existing exchange and LDAP environment.  Finally, Von Technologies configured E911
